Grelina y alcoholismo
¿ SabÃas que…..
recientemente investigadores del IDIBAPS (perteneciente al Hospital ClÃnico de Barcelona) han demostrado que la Grelina tiene un efecto antifibrogénico en el hÃgado?.
Esta hormona endógena, sintetizada en el estómago y también conocida como la hormona del apetito, podrÃa ser utilizada para tratar la fibrosis y la inflamación en los pacientes con hepatitis alcohólica.

Mental Catharsis (English)
Josef Breuer and Sigmund Freud presented “Mental Catharsis” as a new method of investigating and treatment of hysterical symptoms. They described it in their book “Studies in Hysteria“, published in 1895.
Breuer and Freud found that  symptoms subsided when , (the patient under hypnosis) they had succeeded awakening the memories with its accompanying affect, and the patient discussed the emotionally traumatic situation and gave verbal expression to that affect.

El Flashback es un trastorno perceptivo que consiste en la recurrencia de sensaciones, vivencias o experiencias vividas con anterioridad al momento presente.
Suelen darse en personas que han consumido alucinógenos, en el Trastorno por estrés postraumático, en ciertas lesiones o infecciones del cerebro, etc..
