Inhibited Orgasm

Inhibited Orgasm, also called Retarded Ejaculation, is a phenomena in which intravaginal ejaculation does not occur. In other cases there is also inability to masturbate to ejaculation .

The ethiology may be:

– Psychological. Psychic factors cause most cases.

– Organic. Eg. in Diabetes Mellitus.

– Drugs. Eg. by some Phenothiazines.

Psychotherapy is indicated for Inhibited Orgasm caused by Psychic factors.
