Did you know that…..

Hyperventilation include numbness and tingling of the hands, feet and face ?

Other symptoms are:

– decrease on consciousness,

– carpal or pedal spams,

– dryness of the mouth,

– lightheadedness,

– faintness, and

– blurring of vision

The Hyperventilation frequently occurs during Panic Attacks.

Anxiety

Episodes of acute anxiety have a great variety of somatic symptoms.

    • stiffness, tremors, weakness, unsteadiness of voice
    • palpitation, flushing or pallor, faintness, rapid pulse, increased blood pressure
    • nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
  • cold wet extremities, rapid or irregular breathing, sleep disturbances.
